Payment Policy

01Accepted payment methods

We accept the following cards, all processed by Stripe:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover

Debit and credit cards with these brands are accepted, including prepaid cards that support online payments. We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, cheques, gift cards or buy-now-pay-later services for online orders.

02Currency, prices and VAT

All prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR). Product prices include 21% Dutch VAT (BTW). Delivery with PostNL costs €7.45 per order, VAT included. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay. We do not add payment fees, service fees or any other charges.

03When you are charged

Your card is charged when you place your order. Your order confirmation email shows the amount paid, including the VAT amount.

04Payment security

Card details are entered in Stripe’s secure payment fields and sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of the payment card industry standard. We never see or store your full card number or security code. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3D Secure, for example in your banking app.

05Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, your order is not placed and you are not charged. Please check your card details or contact your bank, then try again. If an amount has been reserved on your card for a failed order, your bank releases it automatically.

06Refunds

Refunds are sent to the card you paid with, through Stripe, within 14 days, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Your bank may take a few extra business days to show the refund.

07Suspected fraud

To protect our customers, Stripe screens payments for fraud. If an order looks suspicious, we may contact you before shipping or cancel the order with a full refund.

08Seller and contact information

This policy is issued by the seller below. Questions about it can be sent to us by email or phone during opening hours. We reply to emails within 1 business day.
