Choose a product, select your size and add it to your cart. At checkout you enter your delivery address and pay by card. You will receive an order confirmation email straight away. You do not need an account to order.

Contact us as soon as possible at support@deficlothing-store.com or +31 183 505 010. If your order has not been handed to PostNL yet, we can change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

Our Size Guide lists general body measurements for each size. Each product page also shows the fit of that style (for example regular fit or fitted) and the garment weight for every size. If you are unsure, contact us or try the style on in our shop in Werkendam. If a size does not fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

We deliver to addresses in the Netherlands only, including the Wadden Islands. We do not ship to other countries or to the Caribbean Netherlands.

Delivery with PostNL costs €7.45 per order, VAT included, whatever the number of items. The amount is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

We hand your order to PostNL within 1–2 business days (business days are Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Dutch public holidays). Orders paid before 14:00 (Netherlands time) on a business day count from that day. PostNL usually delivers within 1–2 business days, so most orders arrive within 2–4 business days in total.

When your order ships, we email you the PostNL track-and-trace link. You can also check the status on our Track Your Order page.

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including a change of mind, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and have their original labels.

We do. Email us and we send you a prepaid PostNL return label, so you pay nothing to send the parcel back. You can also return the item in person at our shop at Hoogstraat 81a, 4251 CJ Werkendam, Netherlands.

We refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait to send the refund until the item has arrived or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.

Yes. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want, or bring it to our shop and we will exchange it for another size if that size is in stock.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not charge any payment fees.

Yes. All prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. Delivery costs €7.45 per order, also including VAT. Nothing else is added at checkout.

Yes, our shop is at Hoogstraat 81a, 4251 CJ Werkendam, Netherlands. We are open Tuesday to Friday from 09:30 to 17:30 and Saturday from 09:30 to 17:00. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Each product page shows the care instructions for that item. Always check the care label in the garment before washing.
