Track Your Order

Check the status of your order with your order number and email address.

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see the current status of your order.

  1. Order received. You get an order confirmation email straight after payment. It shows your order number.
  2. Packed and handed to PostNL. We hand orders to PostNL within 1–2 business days (business days are Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Dutch public holidays). We then email you the PostNL track-and-trace link.
  3. Delivered. PostNL usually delivers within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Your order number is in the subject line of your order confirmation email. If the status has not changed after 2–4 business days, or the PostNL link shows a problem, contact us at support@deficlothing-store.com or +31 183 505 010 and we will look into it with PostNL.
